Delivery Coverage

We deliver to the following areas:

  • Mainland UK: Standard and express delivery available
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: Additional charges may apply, typically 5-7 working days
  • Northern Ireland: 5-7 working days, additional charges may apply
  • Isle of Man & Channel Islands: Please contact us for delivery options

What to Expect

  • • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • • A dispatch notification will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse
  • • For larger items, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time
  • • Someone over 18 must be present to sign for the delivery
  • • Please inspect your goods upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery note

Please note: Bulky or heavy items (e.g., aggregate, timber, plasterboard) may require kerbside delivery. Our driver will assist where safe to do so, but cannot carry items into properties.

Returns Policy

14-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • • In its original packaging with all labels and tags attached
  • • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • • Custom-cut or made-to-measure materials (e.g., cut timber, custom lengths)
  • • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • • Hazardous materials or chemicals once opened
  • • Items that have been used, installed, or altered
  • • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

We'll arrange a collection or provide you with return instructions

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days

Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • • Provide photos of the damage or fault
  • • We'll arrange a free collection and send a replacement or provide a full refund
  • • Do not dispose of the item until we've confirmed the return
